Injection moulding

Our functional filler masterbatches with chalk and talc are dosed directly in the injection moulding process. They increase the tensile or E-modulus, improve dimensional stability and shorten the cycle time.

Our WK UP®sorb A 2965 serves as an acid scavenger and is particularly suitable for use where recycled polymers lead to corrosion problems. As a rule, a dosage of 1 % is sufficient to neutralize acids.
