Regenerates

We produce regranulates on a post-consumer and post-industrial basis. Processing can be carried out using various machine technologies (single-screw, twin-screw and even cascade extruders) and is selected accordingly for each material requirement. With the aid of additives produced in-house, odour-forming substances can be bound in a sustainable and recyclable manner. In general, upcycling is our core competence. It is used for the production of regranulate qualities with which finished articles can be produced for recycling (e.g. logistics systems).

Finally, with our new and patented additive masterbatch \\\"WK UP®sorb CO2\\\\" we can even produce regranulates that absorb CO2 from the environment. This masterbatch can also only be added in the last plastic processing step (e.g. at the blown film extruder).
P-01 is a very well sorted, washed, melt filtered and translucentLD/LLDPE polymer granulate from post-consumer recycling.
