PE based

PE based compounds are LD PE based masterbatches filled with a special high quality calcium carbonate. The carriers used are pure LD PE and LLD PE recyclate as well as LLDPE virgin. The application is particularly suitable for blown film and cast film processes. An addition of 15-30 % is recommended, higher filling levels can also be achieved.


PP based

PP based compounds are polypropylene homopolymer based masterbatches filled with a special high quality calcium carbonate. The PPH carrier is a high quality virgin PP homopolymer. The application is particularly suitable for extrusion applications such as pipe, sheet or ribbon extrusion.

CaCO3 filler batches

PE based compounds are LD PE based masterbatches filled with a special high quality calcium carbonate. The carriers used are pure LD PE and LLD PE recyclate as well as LLDPE virgin. The application is particularly suitable for blown film and cast film processes. An addition of 15-30 % is recommended, higher filling levels can also be achieved. The quality of the finished products is very advantageously influenced by the addition, in particular the improved Dart-Drop value, the increased tear strength and the better printability of the film are to be emphasized. In the area of production, the better processability, higher throughput and better anti-block effect can be observed.
