Good sheet material for Thermoforming is also characterized qualitatively by higher impact rates in the manufacturing process. This can also be achieved by dosing in filler masterbatches, which significantly improve the thermal conductivity of the sheet and thus facilitate through-heating and heat deformation.

Even 15 % chalk doubles the heat conduction of a PP melt. We will be happy to send you our info sheet. After all, a balanced composition of layer thickness distribution and its individual heat conduction is very important for the later properties. Strengths and upsetting pressures can also be well controlled by selecting suitable additives in middle and outer layers. We will be happy to advise you!

When thermoforming, too, pre- drying can be saved by dosing in our WK UP®sorb W 2165. Thanks to its large surface area, sheet material in particular is also very suitable for acting as a CO2 absorber. We are at your disposal with our masterbatch WK UP®sorb CO2.

For the processing of punching waste and the recycling of materials, we can refer to special know-how for binding and inerting printing inks. You can then use 100% of your own regranulate for the production of new plates.
