Compounding

Based on a wide variety of polymer raw materials, customer-specific materials are developed, tested and then manufactured on a large industrial scale. Polymers from PP-Homo, PP Copo, HD-PE, LD-PE and LLD-PE can be filled with a wide variety of fillers and reinforcing materials on a regenerated basis or, if desired, on a virgin material basis. Calcium carbonates, talc, barium sulphates, wollastonite up to glass fibre can be filled up to 80% depending on the application. Up to 6000 kg/h can be produced on 3 Kraus Maffei Berstorff plants of the latest generation.
